Our Business Hours Feature allows organizations to configure the time ranges that Chat and On-Demand are available to the public.
Manager accounts can configure business hours for their organization by using the following steps:
- Click “Organization Management” on the left-hand menu, followed by the organization that you are trying to access.
- Click “Business Hours” on the org tile of the organization you would like to edit. This will direct you to the Business Hours page.
- Once you have reached the Business Hours page, you can perform a variety of tasks:
- Turn on/off the Chat and On-Demand features.
- Enable Chat outside of On-Demand Business Hours.
- Manage the time ranges that Chat and/or On-Demand features will be available to the public.
- In order to add, remove, or edit a specific time range for Chat or On-Demand, navigate to the day that you would like to edit and select “Manage”. This button will populate a small menu that will allow you to make the appropriate adjustments.
- After you have made the necessary changes, click “Save”. You will see a green box that confirms your changes were made successfully. You can also select the “Close Edit” button and see the changes that you have made.
- If a patient accesses the Chat and/or On-Demand URL outside of your set business hours, they will not be able to proceed. They will instead be navigated to a page that displays the organization’s business hours for the week.
Additional Functionality:
- Multiple time ranges can be enabled on any given day, according to your organization’s needs, by using the "Add Time Range" field when editing a specific day
- You can disable time ranges by clicking the "Enabled" Check box for a specific time range, and then clicking "Save".
