This article explains how to run session reports on past session activity as an Organization Admin or Manager user type. The Report dashboard shows session activity up to the previous day.
This article shows how to complete the following reports functions:
Download a CSV from the Reports Tab
- Click "Organizational Management" from the lefthand menu
- Click on the Organization or Sub-organization of your choosing
- Click on "Report" (Please note this page can load for several minutes after you click report, as it is loading all of the session information for the organization and any sub-organizations).
- Select the start date and end date in which you want to run the report (Each time you change the start or end date, this will reload the page, which can take some time)
- You can customize the report based on Location, Provider, Patient (Consumer), and Status
- Once you have the specifications in place, next to "Sessions List", click on either "CSV"
- A notice will appear that the report is being run and to please wait; click "OK"
- When the report is ready, a message will appear saying "Download generated: click here"
- Click on the link to download your report
View Session Details from Reports Tab
- Go to the Organization or Sub-Organization of your choice
- Click on "Report" (Please note this page can load for several minutes after you click report, as it is loading all of the session information for the organization and any sub-organizations).
- Filter start and end date and Location, Provider, Patient (Consumer), and Status as preferred.
- Locate any session that you would like to view details for and click "Show" under the "Details" column for that session:
- This will display all users who joined the session, as well as the "Start" and "End" times for each user in the session. These represent each time that user clicked to join or leave the session respectively. If an attendee is listed, but doesn't show "Start" or "End", it represents a user who was scheduled for the session, but never joined.
*Note: "Billing Status" will appear in the downloaded report whether or not the organization conducts billing within VisuWell.
