On Android 12 and 13, Chrome requires using the "Media Volume" to adjust the volume instead of the phone's volume slider.

There is a known audio issue affecting the Google Chrome browser on some Android Phones that causes the audio to play through your phone’s ear speaker instead of the speaker phone. This can cause the sound to be low in volume in the visit. 

This issue has been reported as a Chromium bug.

To hear your provider on Chrome on an Android OS 12 or 13 device:

• Turn your media volume all the way up in your phone settings:

• Use headphones if they are readily available
• Use the Firefox browser app instead of Chrome:
  • Ensure the Firefox browser app is downloaded on your Android device
  • Copy and paste the link from your session notification directly into the Firefox browser.
