Known Issue - 1/12/23
There is a known issue with audio failure in telehealth appointments relating to iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max users. This issue only applies to those users on updates 15.6.1 through 16.1.2.
This issue is related to the Apple IOS software on these devices, and is not an issue in the Hatch Software.
Resolution
This issue can be resolved by updating your iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max to the most recent update.
