On Android 13, Firefox microphone and camera permissions require a device restart

Known Issue

When joining a video session on Firefox on an Android 13 mobile device sharing access to camera and microphone in the session does not successfully cause the audio and video to connect. 

Resolution

To fix this issue, restart the Andrew 13 device, and rejoin the session. Microphone and camera will successfully share in the session after the device has been restarted.

This issue is caused by an issue with the Android 13 operating system, and is not a bug in the Hatch software. We are monitoring Android's upcoming releases for a potential fix and will update this article as we have more information.
