This article focuses on information regarding notifications that are sent to users through Hatch.
Once on the platform, patient users will receive two notifications when a prospective client is attempting to contact you: one by email and one within the platform. The platform notification will include the prospective client’s message and/or request for a session.
Two notifications are sent to the patient for each appointment. The first notification is a 24-hour reminder. This email and/or text notification will have the date and time of the scheduled visit. The second notification is a 1-hour reminder. This notification is like the 24-hour notification, but this will also have the telehealth appointment link. At the time of the scheduled appointment, clicking the link will put the user into the pre-session lobby.
In addition to the automated notifications sent for a pre-scheduled telehealth visit, providers and admins can send invite notifications through the "invite attendees" tab of the launched session. On this tab, providers and admin users will have the ability to send patients appointment invites through SMS or email.
