This article explains how to add your phone number for SMS/Text notifications on your account.
Please Note, the SMS/Text notification feature has to be turned on for your organization in order for you to be able to use this functionality. If you do not see the option to add an SMS number for text notifications, please reach out to your organizational admin.
User Types - This applies to all users
- Click the settings icon in the top right corner of your page (Or on the left side next to your name, depending on your user type).
- In Settings make sure you have selected the "Main" tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page under "Text/SMS Alerts" and add your phone number.
- If you only need to receive text alerts for on-demand sessions, you do not have to check the boxes. Simply enter your phone number.

- Click Save on the bottom right corner of the page.
