This article contains information on the HatchAccess Reporting Dashboard that is available for employees within your Core organization. Using this dashboard, you and your team will be able to view detailed reports and insights related to your account at any time with up-to-date metrics.
The HatchAccess Reporting Dashboard includes several key metrics in order to have an understanding of utilization:
- Hatch Visitors - The number of patients who landed on the first Hatch page (the injury form)
- Engaged Patients - The number of patients who received a response from a provider
- Referred Patients - The number of patients referred to urgent care, call center, or practice for in-person visit scheduling.
Steps to Utilize Your Reporting Dashboard
- Someone at the Hatch Team will create a user account for you upon go-live of your organization.
- You will receive a Welcome Email upon your user account's creation to set your password.
- Upon being redirected to the Reporting Dashboard, bookmark the URL to login again in the future.
- Once you are logged in, you will be able to see data on Key Metrics and Referrals.
5. You will also be able to export your data in .csv, .xlsx, or .json formats.
