Admin have the ability to select an available time slot from a provider's calendar and schedule a session for that provider. This workflow will be updated on 12/5/23 to use our updated scheduling functionality.
When an available time slot is selected in our updated workflow, the provider, and the date and time of that slot will automatically be selected in the scheduler. This will allow admin to simply search for the patient, select the org and session type, and schedule a session in that time slot.
To schedule an available time slot for a provider as an admin:
- Login as your admin account
- Search for the provider that you would like to schedule
- Hover over the action dots and select "View Schedule"
- Click on the intended available time slot on the provider's calendar
- Click "Schedule Session" to open our updated Scheduler
- Search for the patient that you would like to schedule in the "Add Patients" field
- The provider will automatically be selected from the available time slot and does not need to be changed.
- Click "Next"
- The date and time will automatically be selected from the Available Time slot and do not need to be changed.
- Click "Next"
- Select the appropriate organization and session type and finish scheduling the session
This will add a session to the provider's calendar in place of the available time slot that was selected.
Please Note: If you change the date or time outside of the selected available time slot, this will successfully schedule a session at the date and time you changed to, and will leave the original available time slot available on the calendar.
