This article contains a list of features that can be turned off or on by the Hatch team. These features allow you to customize your organization portal and video session page to best fit your needs.
When you set up a new sub organization, Admin user types have the option to copy an organization that already exists, including that org's feature-set. If the features need to differ, you'll need to reach out to our implementation team.
These features do not require development and can be toggled on by our implementation team (implementation hours may apply):
Video Session Features
- Chat in Video Feature
- Private Chat
- Enable Timeouts (This prompts a message asking if the attendees are still active in the session. If they select no, or don't respond, the session automatically ends)
- Use Pre-session Agreement
- Use Pre-session Location
- Use Pre-session Informed Consent
- Enable SIP Dial Out (most commonly used for interpretive services)
Scheduling Features
- Calendar Feature
- Provider to Provider Scheduling
- In-Person Sessions (This adds a scheduling step to choose video and in-person sessions)
- Meet Now Sessions
- Generic Calendar Event (This allows you to block time off on your schedule)
- Unassigned Session Requests (required for on-demand sessions and public-facing calendar)
- Public-Facing Calendar
- On-Demand Sessions
- Allow Same-Day Session Request
- Show Prices (allows the patient to see price for each session type when requesting a session)
- Repeated Sessions (allows you to schedule a session and make it repeat)
- Double Booking Feature (Allows a provider to have multiple sessions scheduled at the same date and time)
- Expose Invite Attendees to all users (If this is off, only providers and admin can use the invite feature)
- Exclude Provider Owned session types (patients can only request organization session types on the Directory)
Messaging Features
- Messaging Center (this turns on the messaging feature that allows clients and providers to send private messages in their portals)
- Admin Messaging (this option allows a patient to include an admin when they send a message from their portal)
- Admin Shared Inbox
Documents and Notes Features
- Provider-Client Documents
- Client Written Journal (This is private unless the client sends to the provider in their portal)
- Template Library (for PDF filler templates)
User Management Features
