Accessing Scheduling Integration Error Reports

Hatch has two third party integration vendors at this time:

1. Zen Healthcare IT
2. Redox

For scheduling integrations that go through Zen Healthcare IT, you can download an error report for the organization using the following URL with the organization's base url and organization ID:
<portal-url>/internal_api/organizations/<org-id>/hl7_error_report

Please note that these error reports are suborg specific, so downloading the report for the portal org will not pull all sub org activity.
