This article is intended to show providers how to enable or disable SMS/Text and Email notifications for patient replies to open chat cases.
How to enable or disable notifications for patient replies:
- Log into your Hatch provider portal
- Click "Settings" at the top right hand corner of your home page
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Select whether you would like to receive SMS/Text and Email notifications for patient replies to open chat cases.
- If you are enabling SMS/Text notifications for the first time, you must add a valid phone number before saving.
- Click "Save"
